A framework for treating the body as one connected loop.
Mechanism, intended outcome, evidence type, confidence, review status and measurement are represented as independent objects. This page is the visual architecture — the protocol, the research library and the biomarker dashboard are the operational surfaces.
Intervention → mechanism → outcome → biomarker.
Every intervention travels the same reasoning chain. Where a link is uncertain, that uncertainty stays visible — nothing is invented where scientific review is pending.
Ingredient-to-biomarker mappings are not published until reviewed. Missing mappings display as review pending, never as invented links.

The architecture of outcomes.
Nodes are labelled only as intended outcome, system role or research area. Each connected component shows its evidence stage and personal protocol status.
Hover or focus a node to see the exact ingredients connected to it, their evidence stage and personal protocol status. Nodes are labelled only as intended outcome, system role or research area — never as "proven benefit".

Each column uses its own vocabulary — module mapping, personal protocol status, human-evidence type and governed review status. No column encodes efficacy magnitude.

Each column uses its own vocabulary. "Reviewed content pending" means governed claim/biomarker review has not yet been recorded — it does not indicate weak evidence or low efficacy.
Type, confidence, relevance and review status — recorded independently.
A human trial is not automatically strong evidence. A plausible mechanism is not proof of a meaningful outcome. Governed review status is separate from evidence type.
What kind of evidence exists.
- EstablishedEstablished human evidence
- EmergingEmerging human evidence
- ObservationalObservational evidence
- PreclinicalPreclinical evidence

How strong the current assessment is. Defaults to Not assessed.
- High
- Moderate
- Low
- Very low

How close the evidence is to the intended outcome.
- Directly measured outcome
- Surrogate biomarker
- Adjacent population / context
- Extrapolated from mechanism
Whether a claim has been extracted and reviewed.
- Source verified
- Awaiting extraction
- Awaiting scientific review
- Approved published claim
- Review pending
These axes are always evaluated independently. Confidence is never inferred from evidence type; review status is never inferred from a source identifier being verified. Any ingredient-specific value that has not been assessed displays as Not assessed.
Six objects, never collapsed into one score.
- Mechanism — the biological pathway involved.
- Intended outcome — what the intervention is aimed at.
- Evidence type — where the evidence comes from.
- Confidence — how much weight the evidence carries.
- Review status — whether governed review has been completed.
- Measurement — the biomarker or metric that closes the loop.
These six are recorded as independent fields. A component can have strong mechanism and low confidence, or high review status and a still-pending measurement. That is intentional.
