Personal Protocol v2.1
21 active components. Owner: Jim Ricaut. Canonical record aligned July 2026. Every dose reflects one person's context, monitoring and adherence. Nothing on this page is a recommendation for anyone else.
"Validated by Jim" means Jim has personally adopted the component at this dose and form. It is a personal adoption decision. It is not a statement of clinical validation or of regulatory approval.
Protocol timing — recorded values only.
This console displays real dates only. It never assumes a review cadence, a supplement cycle, or a countdown that has not been explicitly recorded on the canonical protocol.
The daily protocol as four cinematic scenes. Format (powder/capsule/oil) is stated only when confirmed.

Daily protein target
Complete-protein target guides the day's nutrition.
- Collagen is not counted as complete protein.
- Whey contributes toward the complete-protein target.
- No standalone BCAA product is currently active in the protocol.
Open confirmations
Items awaiting confirmation before moving out of 'to confirm'.
- Whey serving and protein yield
Working dose is 30–40 g of powder. Exact serving and grams of protein per serving are pending product-source confirmation.
- Magnesium form and elemental amount
300 mg reflects current intake, but the exact magnesium form (glycinate, citrate, oxide, etc.) and corresponding elemental magnesium have not yet been confirmed.
- Product-source mapping
Each active component still needs to be mapped to a specific verified product so composition, quality and third-party testing can be inspected.
- Duplicate-dose prevention
Some components (e.g. calcium, magnesium, glycine, vitamin C) may appear across multiple products; combined intake must be reconciled to avoid duplication.

Personal dose: fish oil 4.8 g, providing EPA 1,728 mg and DHA 1,152 mg — combined EPA+DHA of 2,880 mg. Total fish-oil weight and combined active EPA+DHA are separate values and should never be conflated.
100 mg refers to the zinc gluconate compound weight. Elemental zinc content is approximately 14–15 mg. Long-term high elemental-zinc intake can interact with copper status and warrants monitoring.
